After more than two decades working alongside artists in the theatre and creative industries, I bring that lived understanding into my work as a nervous-system–informed coach and Reiki practitioner.
Sessions offer a steady, responsive space to slow down, reconnect internally, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
For more than two decades, I worked in theatre and the creative industries alongside artists, productions, and teams navigating the demands of public performance and sustained creative work.
Over the course of my career in theatrical press and communications, I worked closely with actors, writers, directors, designers, producers, and creative teams bringing new work to life.
That experience offered a front-row view into the rhythms and realities of creative professions — long rehearsal periods, cycles of visibility and uncertainty, the emotional investment artists bring to their work, and the pressure that often exists just beneath the surface.
Again and again, I saw how deeply artists care about what they create, and how demanding creative lives can be — both externally and internally.
This perspective continues to shape how I approach my work today.
Over time, I began to notice how the pressures of creative life — visibility, uncertainty, sustained emotional investment — were shaping not only the artists I worked with, but the way many of us were moving through our own lives.
Working closely with artists for many years offered an intimate view into both the beauty and the strain of creative professions. I saw how deeply people cared about their work, and how often that care was accompanied by internal pressure, fatigue, or the sense of needing to keep moving without space to recalibrate.
These observations gradually led me toward coaching, nervous-system regulation, and energy-based practices. What began as a personal exploration became a professional transition — and eventually a practice designed specifically to support creative individuals.
Today, my work brings together lived industry experience with coaching-informed reflection and nervous-system–attuned support. The intention is not to direct or fix, but to offer a steady, responsive space where artists can reconnect with themselves and engage with their work in a more sustainable way.
My approach combines coaching-informed reflection, nervous-system awareness, and energy-based support in a way that responds to each artist’s pace and lived experience.
Sessions are guided by what is most present, rather than following a fixed agenda or performance-oriented goal. Together, we create space to slow down, notice patterns, and respond to internal signals that are often overlooked in the pace and pressure of creative life.
The work may include reflective conversation, somatic awareness, and Reiki-informed energetic support. The intention is not to push toward immediate change, but to help build steadiness, clarity, and the capacity to move through creative and personal demands with greater regulation.
Over time, many artists find this process supports reconnection with creative flow, reduces internal pressure, and allows for more sustainable ways of engaging with both their work and themselves.
While each person’s experience is unique, many artists notice gradual shifts in how they relate to pressure, creativity, and themselves over time.
Clients often describe feeling more internally steady and less driven by urgency or self-pressure. Creative challenges may begin to feel more workable, and periods of uncertainty or transition can become easier to navigate.
Some people notice a renewed connection to creative flow or a greater ability to pace themselves during demanding seasons. Others experience clearer decision-making, improved emotional regulation, or the simple relief of having a consistent space to slow down and reflect.
These changes tend to emerge gradually. Over time, repeated opportunities to listen inwardly, respond with care, and build trust in their own internal rhythms can support more sustainable ways of living and creating.
My work is informed by both formal training and long-standing experience within creative industries.
These perspectives inform the way I support artists in developing steadier internal resources and more sustainable creative rhythms.
You’re welcome to begin in a way that feels manageable and realistic within your life and creative commitments.
Many clients begin with a single Artist’s Reset session to experience the work and notice how their system responds. From there, some choose to continue with additional sessions, structured packages, or ongoing membership.
There is no expectation to decide everything at once. This work is designed to unfold over time, allowing you to find a pace that feels realistic and supportive within your creative life.
If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re also welcome to reach out for a brief consult. We can talk through what you’re navigating and consider what kind of support might feel most helpful right now.
Over the years, I’ve seen how much artists give to their work — emotionally, physically, and internally. I’ve also seen how little space there often is to slow down and respond to what that experience requires.
This work matters to me because I believe creative lives become more sustainable when artists have the opportunity to reconnect with their own internal steadiness. Not to become different people, but to feel more supported in being who they already are.
My hope is to offer a space that feels thoughtful, grounded, and responsive — where you can listen inwardly, regain clarity, and continue engaging with your creative life in a way that feels more sustainable over time.
